租赁须知

　　一、资信条件：

　　企业单位：营业执照副本复印件加盖公章、法人代表身份证及复印件。如法人不能在合同上签字，须有法人委托书、经办人身份证。

　　事业单位：介绍信、营业执照副本复印件加盖公章，法人代表身份证及复印件。如法人不能在合同上签字，须有法人委托书、经办人身份证。

　　国外驻京机构：登记证原件、派出机构证明及担保函、首席代表工作证、身份证/护照原件及复印件。

　　二、租车手续：

　　企业单位：

　　①营业执照副本②法人代表身份证+③介绍信(委托书)原件+④经办人身份证+①②③④复印件加盖公章，留作资信担保。

　　政府(企业)驻京办事处、代表处：

　　①登记证+②派出机构证明+③首席代表或负责人工作证、身份证+④经办人身份证复印件+⑤介绍信原件+①②③④复印件加盖公章。留作资信担保。

　　注：1)大型企业,如世界500强；国企注册资金在1000万元以上企业，可收取①②③④复印件加盖公章；

　　2)法人在合同上签字，如法人不在，可开具介绍信或授权委托书，由经办人办理，尽量留经办人的身份证复印件；

　　3)营业执照副本复印件加盖单位公章；

　　4)在本市未注册的外省市企业，注册资金不得低于100万元，需网上查询核实；

　　5)租赁车辆价值高于承租方注册资金的，承租方应提供担保。

　　6) 开展两证一卡租车。

　　预订车辆要求：

　　1、按要求填写预订人信息；

　　2、提供预订人二代身份证件和驾驶证；

　　3、预订人提供信用卡、银行卡，可在通过电子描码支付租车费用。

　　I. Credit Conditions:

　　Foreign Agencies in Beijing: Original registration certificate, proof and guarantee letter of the dispatching agency, work certificate of the chief representative, original and copy of the ID card/passport.

　　II. Car Rental Procedures:

　　Enterprise Units:

　　①Copy of the business license ②ID card of the legal representative + ③Original introduction letter (power of attorney) + ④ID card of the handler + Copies of ①②③④ with the official seal for credit guarantee. Government (Enterprise) Offices and Representative Offices in Beijing: ①Registration certificate + ②Proof of the dispatching agency + ③Work certificate and ID card of the chief representative or person in charge + ④Copy of the handler's ID card + ⑤Original introduction letter + Copies of ①②③④ with the official seal. Keep it for credit guarantee.

　　Notes: 1) For large enterprises, such as Fortune 500 companies; state-owned enterprises with a registered capital of more than 10 million yuan, copies of ①②③④ with the official seal can be accepted;

　　2) If the legal representative signs the contract, if the legal representative is not present, an introduction letter or power of attorney can be issued, and the handler can handle it. Try to keep a copy of the handler's ID card;

　　3) The copy of the business license shall be affixed with the official seal of the unit;

　　4) For enterprises from other provinces and cities that are not registered in this city, the registered capital shall not be less than 1 million yuan, and it needs to be verified through online inquiries;

　　5) If the value of the leased vehicle is higher than the registered capital of the lessee, the lessee shall provide guarantee.

　　6) Carry out car rental with two certificates and one card.

　　Reservation Vehicle Requirements:

　　1. Fill in the information of the reservation person as required;

　　2. Provide the second-generation ID card and driver's license of the reservation person;

　　3. The reservation person provides a credit card or bank card, and the car rental fee can be paid through electronic scanning code.
