押金收取与退还

　　一、承租人应当在签订汽车租赁合同时向出租人交纳车辆押金；

　　二、承租方退还车辆时，应持出租方开具的押金票据到出租方办理退押金事宜。如押金票据丢失，单位可持承租方财务开具的收款票据；个人(系承租方本人)持“丢失说明”经出租方查实、10日后办理押金退还。

　　三、由于车辆违章信息不能及时体现，承租人退押时应由出租方继续留存承租方押金2000元，如无违章，30天后出租方退还承租方2000元押金；如有违章，承租方处理完违章后方能办理押金退还。如承租方还车后在30天内不能将违章处理完毕，出租方将不再退还承租方押金；如违章处罚涉及扣分或罚款超过2000元，出租方不排除通过司法途径向承租方追偿；如违章情节特别严重，承租方拒不处理或拖延处理，给出租方造成的损失由承租方承担；如在出租方和承租方办理完押金结算后出现的承租方在承租期间发生的交通违章，仍然由承租方负责处理。

　　II. When the lessee returns the vehicle, they should go to the lessor with the deposit receipt issued by the lessor to handle the deposit refund. If the deposit receipt is lost, the unit can hold the receipt issued by the lessee's finance department; for individuals (the lessee themselves), they can hold the "Loss Description" and after the lessor verifies, the deposit refund will be processed after 10 days.

　　III. Since vehicle violation information cannot be reflected in a timely manner, when the lessee refunds the deposit, the lessor should continue to retain a deposit of 2,000 yuan from the lessee. If there are no violations, the lessor will refund the 2,000 yuan deposit to the lessee after 30 days; if there are violations, the lessee can handle the deposit refund after dealing with the violations. If the lessee fails to complete the violation handling within 30 days after returning the vehicle, the lessor will no longer refund the deposit to the lessee; if the violation penalty involves deduction of points or fines exceeding 2,000 yuan, the lessor does not rule out recovering from the lessee through judicial means; if the violation circumstances are particularly serious and the lessee refuses to handle or delays the handling, the losses caused to the lessor shall be borne by the lessee; if traffic violations occurred during the lease period of the lessee occur after the lessor and the lessee complete the deposit settlement, the lessee is still responsible for handling them.
